Airport and North Puerto Vallarta Real Estate

The northern portion of Puerto Vallarta proper are a transportation hub, with the international airport, the bus station, and the terminus of the PV – Guadalajara toll road all within a few kilometers of each other. Nearby there is also the Puerto Vallarta University (CUCosta), the Vista Vallarta Golf Course, and a Butterfly Sanctuary. Also in this area is the Home Design Center, Home Depot and a variety of Car Dealerships. While it is an important commercial and transportation hub, it is not as popular with tourists seeking Real Estate. However, good deals are to be had in this area, and new subdivisions are constantly being developed.
