- BIENCOM REAL ESTATE does not share collected information for any purpose other than those strictly required by applicable legislation to fulfill the contracted objectives.
- To comply with the law, we collect the following data: full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, marital status, profession, official identification details, immigration status, asset information, financial data, employment details, and other necessary information for promoting and/or transferring real estate ownership.
- The collected data will be transferred to authorities as required by law to fulfill tax, administrative, and consumer protection obligations, as well as to notaries public, financial institutions, and other public or private entities involved in real estate purchase and sale transactions.

Consumer Rights
- To receive truthful, clear, and updated information and advertising about the offered real estate properties, enabling the consumer to make the best purchase decision and to know all the details about the property’s characteristics.
- To freely choose the property that best suits their needs and fits their purchasing capacity.
- Not to make any payment until a written contractual relationship is formalized, except for advance payments and operational costs under the terms provided by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).
- To sign a standard adhesion contract registered with PROFECO, which contains the terms and conditions of the real estate purchase-sale agreement. The provider is obligated to provide the consumer with a signed copy of the contract.
- To acquire a property that meets the safety and quality standards outlined in applicable regulations and included in the information and advertising received.
- To receive the real estate property within the agreed timeframe and conditions specified in the respective adhesion contract.
- In the case of a new home from a developer or builder, to exercise the guarantees for real estate properties as provided by the LFPC, considering the specifications agreed upon with the property owner.
- To receive protection from competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws, including the right to file complaints and claims with the authorities.
- To receive non-discriminatory treatment, ensuring that attention or the sale of a property cannot be denied or conditioned based on gender, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic under applicable legislation.
- To freely choose a public notary to handle the deed process.
