We have now dealt with Christian Perez twice to purchase two properties in Lake Chapala. He was able to find a great deal in Puerto Arroyo due to his extensive knowledge of the area. I was able to find the second home on MLS myself but Christian was effective in getting the deal done. Again, a home that needed a hug but at a great price point.
