Four Hour Orientation Tour

Our Broker, Mark Rome, and coworkers invented the four-hour complimentary Orientation Tour of Barra de Navidad, Melaque and Costa Alegre back in 2023. Basically, we will drive you all the way to the Golf Course (Isla Navidad) on the south side of the lagoon, and then back west through the neighborhoods in Barra, Melaque and north to La Manzanilla (if you so desire).
Along the way, we will take special care to:
- Name each of the various communities and developments which we will be driving by and discuss the pros and cons.
- Point out and recommend Shops, Services, Restaurants, Facilities, Hospitals, Supermarkets.
- Provide maps and information
- Show you a sample of houses to rent or buy, from below your budget, to above your budget, and of course within your price range. This helps you make your own idea of how much or how little you will need to spend to be comfortable.
- When you are ready and we know your wants and needs, we’ll find the best deal in a home that matches your resources and lifestyle.
