Many of our clients are already familiarized with Costa Alegre, and may decide to forgo the four-hour complimentary orientation tour. For them we offer our also complimentary Custom Home Tour.

Our home tour is geared for your needs. First, you will sit down with one of our Biencom Costa Alegre Real Estate agents and find out what you would like to see. We discuss areas that you prefer, features you need and a price range that you can afford. We will give you detailed information of Barra, Melaque, La Manzanilla, northern Costa Alegre and Manzanillo.

Second, we review with you to the local real estate listings as well as anything on the various MLS (Multiple Listing Service) systems. We will search by areas, price range or specific required features. It is important to note that we will show you homes for sale by all of the Costa Alegre Real Estate companies, not just our exclusive listings. We are members of the AMPI (Mexican National Realtor Association) and we have to two very active MLS systems. So you are best served seeing everyone’s listings with us!

Then we take you to see the houses you have chosen. We try to be as knowledgeable as possible on all the listings … are they priced right and what are any positive or negative features that you need to know. Usually we recommend to see a minimum of five houses that best fit your requirements before you make a decision. Some buyers will require viewing many more houses, which we are happy to accommodate.
