How it all Started
Founded in 2012 by Chris Gruenwald, Biencom Real Estate began as Chapalajara Real Estate. Despite market challenges, it quickly grew into a trusted name in Lake Chapala. In 2015, Chris rebranded his share of the company as Biencom Real Estate, aiming to provide a one-stop real estate service for both foreign and Mexican buyers and sellers.
With over 20 years in Mexico, Chris has built a top-performing team of expert agents, closers, and rental administrators, offering an all-inclusive service model that sets Biencom apart. In 2020, Mark Rome joined the team, becoming a key figure in the Lake Chapala office. By 2023, Biencom expanded to the coast, launching Biencom Barra to extend its reach while maintaining its high standards.
With a strong foundation, expert team, and commitment to excellence, Biencom continues to lead Mexico’s real estate market, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for buyers and sellers.
