Neither Costa Alegre nor the coast of Colima have developed a unified MLS (Mulitple Listing Service) as has been developed in other part of Mexico. When Biencom Real Estate takes a listing in these areas, we upload to both the Lake Chapala MLS and the Puerto Vallarta / Nayarit MLS service. Here we include searches for this area in both of these search engines. However, an upcoming MLS service for this area is desperately needed.

This is a free public portal for the Costa Alegre and Colima listings on the Puerto Vallarta Flex MLS service and on the Lake Chapala Advantage MLS Service, both chapters of AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios).
