We’ll discuss your preferred neighborhoods—such as Marina Vallarta, Versalles, Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerías, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, or San Pancho—your must-have features, and your ideal budget.

2. Access to the Local MLS

We’ll guide you through the Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit MLS (Multiple Listing Service) so you can explore up-to-date listings across the entire region. As members of AMPI (Mexico’s National Real Estate Association), we have access to listings from all local agencies—not just our exclusives. This ensures you’re seeing every available option in the market.

3. On-the-Ground Property Visits

After selecting the listings that catch your eye, we’ll personally take you to visit those properties. Our agents provide honest insight into each home—including pricing, neighborhood dynamics, and potential pros and cons—to help you make an informed decision.

We typically recommend viewing a minimum of five homes that match your criteria, though we’re happy to show you more until you find the perfect fit.
