Building Better Communities Together
At Biencom Real Estate, we believe in more than just providing exceptional real estate services; we’re committed to caring for and improving the communities we operate in. With every property we sell, we pledge to leave our beautiful locales in a better state than we found them, ensuring a brighter future for everyone.
Our Commitment
For every purchase made with Biencom, we make a donation on behalf of our clients to a non-profit organization of their choice from our carefully curated list on our website. These are organizations that have shown extraordinary commitment to making a difference in their communities, focusing on sustainability, environmental protection, and local development.

Biodiversa A.C.
Biodiversa, A.C. is a not for profit established in Chapala, Mexico with an established goal of establishing micro-reservas around Mexico, specifically in areas of Montane Cloud Forest and other highly endangered ecosystems. The idea of micro-reservas lies in buying crucial habitat with private funding and establishing microreserves of habitat for their conservation. Applying modern analytical technology to some good old fashioned field work, very specific habitats can be set aside for protection, maximizing the amount of species protected in each small tract of land.
