Don and I have been familiarizing ourselves with the North shore of Lake Chapala for the past couple of years, and arrived in August for an extended vacation and to determine if we want to make this area our home. We can’t thank Sol and Jon enough for their warm welcome Lakeside. Jon took the time to assess our needs, desires, and budget, and he and Sol went to work, scheduling a host of options for our review.  When considering one option that would require significant work to inhabit, Jon lined up experts to assess and quote exactly what we should expect cost- and time-wise. With their help and guidance, we identified the red flags we chose not to take on.
 

The next day, Sol called and said, “I think this is it!”  She and Jon had found us the perfect home:  a lovely mix of modern convenience and local charm, a tranquil oasis in an ideal location, close to the vibrant center of Ajijic and all the area has to offer. Don and I determined this was an opportunity we didn’t want to miss, and now Jon and Sol are guiding us through the intricacies of buying property in Mexico.
 

Sol & Jon have become friends and trusted advisors and helped us to set our lives on a course we are very excited about in this beautiful and gracious area. We cannot thank them enough!
