Four Hour Orientation Tour

Our Broker, Chris Gruenwald, and coworkers invented the four-hour complimentary Orientation Tour of Lake Chapala back in 2006. Basically, we will drive you all the way to the Golf Course (Chapala Country Club & Vista del Lago) on the east side of Chapala, and then back west through the neighborhoods along the Libramiento and west through San Antonio, Ajijic, Raquet Club, San Juan Cosala and all the way to Jocotepec.
Along the way, we will take special care to:
- Name each of the various communities and developments which we will be driving by and discuss the pros and cons.
- Point out and recommend Shops, Services, Restaurants, Facilities, Hospitals, Supermarkets.
- Provide maps and information
- Show you a sample of houses to rent or buy, from below your budget, to above your budget, and of course within your price range. This helps you make your own idea of how much or how little you will need to spend to be comfortable.
- When you are ready and we know your wants and needs, we’ll find the best deal in a home that matches your resources and lifestyle.
