Many times when doing business over-seas clients may become disappointed that they do not find the same level of customer service as they do at home. A Brief History & Trajectory
How it all Started
Broker, Chris Gruenwald, started Chapalajara Real Estate in 2012 with a partner. The company quickly grew even though the housing market at Lake Chapala was going through what locals would call a slump. In 2015, during a restructuring for the sake of expansion, the two partners decided to part ways and each grow in their own direction. Chris Gruenwald re-named his share of the company to Biencom Real Estate and envisioned it to provide a complete one-stop real estate service for foreign and Mexican buyers and sellers.
Chris Gruenwald has been living in Mexico since 2003, and has been a top producing sales agent and broker in the Lake Chapala area since 2006. Chris originates from a mult-national background and has lived around the world. He became a super agent at a now extinct brokerage and has been building a Real Estate team of top agents, closers and rental administrators since 2008. While the Biencom commercial name is new, the all inclusive Real Estate service concept is tried and proven and the experience the Biencom team provides is unique amongst Mexican Real Estate borkerages.
