Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Yax is familiarized with the whole city, aware of the strengths and weaknesses in every area. Having lived in California for 8 years, he speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

In the US, he was able to focus in various areas of the service industry, such as retail, fitness, leisure services for the city and other customer service jobs. His tact with people is warm and welcoming.

Involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, he is aware of the rewards of hard work and has a passion for helping others reach their goals and dreams. He is also a renown bodybuilder and personal trainer in Puerto Vallarta, which makes him a goal oriented agent with a drive for self-improvement and a go-getter attitude.

Having been involved in music groups and sports teams, Yax is good at working with others and using teamwork to achieve goals. These experiences also taught him to pay attention to small details to find effective shortcuts or efficient processes to get things done.

Now Yax is working hard to become a successful agent in order to help others achieve their dreams to move to the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta. Being familiar with moving out and into Puerto Vallarta, he understands the challenges and perks of making the switch and the lifestyle that people are looking for when they make the big choice. His ambitions beyond Real Estate involve helping the community of PV grow healthier and closer to each other and funding non-profit programs to improve education and arts.
